Enterprise Software Sales Executive

The Opportunity

The Enterprise Software Sales Executive will serve as the primary project manager for eMedley platform implementations in Universities across the country.  They must be a sales-driven and fast-moving person with a strong client focus. They are passionate about creating value for clients, which ultimately leads to a profitable business for both. The Enterprise Software Sales Executive’s primary focus is to identify, educate, and negotiate system solutions with potential and existing higher education clients.

The Ideal Candidate

– Can identify the decision-makers and influencers in potential clients
– Knows how to ask critical questions with tactful confidence in order to close sales.
– Can develop and maintain strong relationships with senior level administrators in Medical, Dental, Nursing, and other health science education programs.


– Demonstrate and clearly differentiate products from competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
– Drive and execute marketing campaigns using AllofE’s proprietary CRM system
– Identify, qualify and track leads through the sales pipeline
– Perform engaging demonstrations of the eMedley platform to potential and existing clients
– Communicate and negotiate with clients to define clear project statements and contracts
– Document interactions with clients, including questions, agreed on resolutions, and next steps
– Work with developers to determine the best solutions and pricing for custom feature requests
– Build and deliver training based on identified market needs & trends


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Communications, related field or 5+ years experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Desire to understand how the eMedley platform works and solve client problems utilizing the system
  • Exquisite communication and people skills using various methods (email, phone, video conference, in-person)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Must be a US Permanent Resident or Citizen


  • Software sales and marketing experience
  • Strong background in public speaking
  • Sound knowledge in web-based software applications
  • Proven experience in an enterprise software sales role
